New Client Policy

 our stylists require a non refundable 30% deposit for new hair color clients, this 30% will be deducted from your full service price! If the appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice, the 30% will be taken off the 50% cancellation fee. This deposit can be taken by card or Venmo.

Cancelation Policy

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that appointment time. 

Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or are a no call, no show will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. This charge will not be taken off your next service, and for the next appointment made we will need a card on file. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
